In consideration of your use of and access to this Internet site (and the promises and obligations herein, and intending to be legally bound, you and Forest Reflections hereby agree as follows: Your access to and use of the Forest Reflections site is subject to these Terms, as well as any modifications issued by Forest Reflections to these Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations. Forest Reflections shall also have the right without notice and any time to terminate Forest reflections or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through Forest Reflections, or to terminate any individual’s right to access or use Forest Reflections or any portion thereof.

- We offer two delivery options.
- STANDARD DELIVERY UPS delivery to your door. Does not include assembly and unpacking. For UPS shipping pricing, please refer to the UPS calculator.
- WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY includes inside delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice and removal of all packing material. The price for this service is $535.00 USD anywhere in the Continental U.S. The delivery time frame is typically 2 to 5 days from pick up from our warehouse.

- Returns & Replacements
- For all Purchases on our on line store, the following return policy applies:
- All Forest Reflection products are custom created. Goods may be returned for manufacturer’s defects and damage claims. Refund requests shall NOT be accepted due to color and grain figure variations. Our products are ‘one of a kind’ and made to order. The variation of this old growth veneer is the essence of the product’s inherent natural beauty.
- Please measure all entries and access points from curb to in-premises placement prior to placing order.
- Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Please note any damage to packaging before signing for item(s). Before returning an item, you must notify us within 5 business days by either fax or email (info@forest-reflections.com). You will receive a Returned Goods Authorization Number and return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. All returns must be shipped back to us using the same method as it was shipped. We will issue a refund for damaged and or defective goods provided the product is received by us in its original packaging, within14 business days of the original delivery date. Refunds shall be in the form of a credit to the original credit card charged for the purchase. The customer will not be responsible for any shipping charges if a piece is damaged or defective.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS ground for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Chicago, Illinois 60622 - Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or shipping error on our part.
- Ordering
- All prices on Forest Reflections are quoted in U.S. dollars. Forest Reflections may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States and Canada. Forest reflections will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. Forest Reflections reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on Forest Reflections without incurring any obligations to you. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. Forest Reflections reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS - To cancel an order, please notify us within 48 hours of submitting your order either by either fax (312-226-4621) or email (info@forest-reflections.com). You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation at that time and receive a full credit. Since our products are all custom made, we can offer a 7 day cancellation policy for a fee of 40% of the total order. Any cancellations after 7 days of receipt of your order will be credited for only the shipping charges.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Forest Reflections currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We charge your credit card at the time we receive your order. In the event that we are unable to fill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such a case, we will offer a full refund.
- SALES TAX - We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to destinations within the State of Illinois.
Any duties and taxes applied by countries and governments outside the USA are the purchaser’s responsibilities. - Finish Care and Protection
- Finishes should be maintained regularly by dusting with a soft damp cloth. Polishing is not recommended more than 3-4 times per year and only with a high quality, non-silicone product. Washing the wood with soap and water, all-purpose cleansers that contain bleach or ammonia, or with pure lemon oil is not recommended. These products will leave the finish lusterless and in most cases, will cause harm to the finish.
- Fine wood furniture should not be exposed to strong sunlight, heat outlets, open windows, or dampness. These environments may cause premature fading or warpage. When spills occur, they should be blotted up as quickly as possible. Avoid placing damp objects and hot items on surfaces without coasters. Consideration should be given to the continued use of synthetic or plastic pads, which may cause a reaction to the finish. Forest Reflections is not responsible for markings on any surface caused by any writing instrument, as well as sharp or abrasive objects.
- WARRANTY - We provide a 5-year limited warranty from date of purchase to the original purchaser.
- Compliance with Laws
- The text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, and other material provided on Forest Reflections, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are referred to collectively as the ”Content”. The Content may contain errors, omissions, or typographical errors or may be out of date. Forest Reflections may change, delete, or update any Content at any time and without prior notice. The Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not binding on Forest Reflections in any way except to the extent it is specifically indicated to be so. Unless otherwise noted, all Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights that are owned by Forest Reflections or by third parties that have licensed their use to Forest Reflections.
